Application fields and characteristics:
The pneumatic suction lifter (trunk) is the best choice for transporting rubber blocks and assisting manual feeding of edible gum blocks, mainly used in tire and food factories. For operators in tire factories, transporting rubber blocks to the cutting machine and conveyor line, the pneumatic suction lifter can effectively reduce the labor intensity of personnel at the mixing machine station.
The pneumatic suction lifter uses the air inside the suction pipe to compress it to a height that can lift various workpieces. It is particularly suitable for frequently lifting and moving raw rubber blocks, with a transport weight of up to 300Kg. When lifting workpieces, there is no need to use cranes, robotic arms, hydraulic cylinders, or other power sources; the suction, lifting, lowering, and releasing of workpieces are all achieved by controlling a lightweight and flexible swing arm. The operator only needs to use the control handle to adjust the system's vacuum level, making it easy to lift and transport workpieces. The higher the vacuum level, the higher the workpiece is lifted; as the vacuum level decreases, the workpiece is gently lowered. The pneumatic suction system can handle a large amount of work in a short time, and in confined spaces, operators can quickly and accurately transport, load, transport, and sort workpieces. The perfect ergonomic design allows operators to maximize their efficiency and perfectly presents human-machine collaborative operations.
