Application fields and characteristics:
The vacuum suction cup lifting device for stone series is mainly used for loading and unloading, and transportation of cement boards, marble, and other stone materials. This suction lifting machine can be used with an overhead crane on site or can be paired with a simple column electric hoist. The product features an ergonomic design with dual handles, simple and safe local galvanization, and different lengths of main beams and cross beams configured according to the size of different workpieces.

Equipment composition:
• Sound alarm module, vacuum gauge, oil-free vacuum pump, suction cup, accumulator, one-way valve, electromagnetic reversing valve or manual slide valve, operating handle, cantilever crane, robotic arm• The length of the board can reach 6m, width 3m, and load can reach 2000Kg with a safety factor of 2.0. • Can achieve vertical 90-degree flipping and handling of steel plates. Main equipment: • Swing arm crane and vacuum suction cup device: the swing arm crane has a rotation radius of 3m, a lifting height of 1.5m, a rotation angle of 270 degrees, and a lifting weight from 100kg to 2000kg. • Chain-type dual-speed electric hoist: when operating the electric hoist to lift the suction lifting machine, slow lifting allows the suction cup to fully release the vacuum pressure generated by the suction cup due to recovery deformation when separating from the board. • Various structures and suction cups are available for configuration. • Adjustable suction cups, can be closed individually. • Accumulator and pressure detection ensure safety. • Can be operated by one person, efficient, safe, fast, and labor-saving. |
