Electric Permanent Magnetic Chuck Series:
The electric permanent magnetic chuck is an upgraded new product of electromagnetic chucks and permanent magnetic chucks. Its unique control method is significantly superior to that of electromagnetic and permanent magnetic chucks. The electric permanent magnetic chuck utilizes two different types of permanent magnetic materials: high coercivity neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) and aluminum nickel cobalt (AlNiCo). It controls and converts the internal magnetic field through an electric control system, achieving the characterization of magnetization and demagnetization states, functioning as a suction switch for absorption/release. The electric permanent magnetic chuck uses electric pulses to 'turn on' and 'turn off' the magnetic force. After the chuck holds the workpiece with magnetic force, it will maintain its suction indefinitely. The time required to turn on and off is less than 1 second, and the electric pulse consumes very little energy, preventing the chuck from overheating or deforming. The electric permanent magnetic chuck has no mechanical moving parts, featuring stable structure, robustness, and high precision. The magnetic force can be easily controlled automatically and remotely using electric pulses.
