Aluminum coil
Application fields and characteristics:
The vacuum lifting device series for coil production mainly applies to coils and cut strips, such as positioning on a fin machine. It is suitable for thin and ultra-thin aluminum coils, tin strips, copper strips, stainless steel strips, paper rolls, etc. The coil vacuum lifting device uses imported sealing strips as the suction cup sealing lip to divide the suction cup into several chambers, each with different diameters and lifting capacities, which can be controlled by individual valves, ultimately achieving the adsorption and transportation of cylindrical workpieces of different diameters and weights. The maximum thickness of the strip is3.0mm(aluminum) or1.5mm(steel), continuous flipping90°. This lifting device can be used on site with a crane, can also be equipped with a simple electric hoist, or can be modified for use on an electric forklift.
Design and function:
• The vacuum crane has independently operable vacuum chambers (sealed rooms)
• The vacuum is opened/closed by a safe and reliable manual slide valve
• Electric vacuum pump with large suction capacity, can quickly generate vacuum
• Electric flipping device, accurately and continuously flips workpieces
• Equipped with sound alarm device and vacuum accumulator to ensure operational safety
• Transparent vacuum suction cup and infrared camera positioning function, convenient for loading and unloading workpieces
• When a power failure occurs in the system, it automatically shuts off the vacuum pump's passage to the atmosphere, locking the accumulator's vacuum energy, providing sufficient holding time to ensure that the workpiece does not suddenly drop
