Application fields and characteristics:

The vacuum suction cup lifting device produced by Wuxi Lizhi for unloading and handling series mechanical arms is mainly used for loading and unloading of cold-rolled plates, elevator doors, fireproof boards, sandwich panels, cold storage panels, stainless steel plates, bending plates for electrical cabinets, stamped parts, marble slabs, and other sheet metal and various types of plates. The product adopts ergonomically designed dual hands and operating handles, which are simple and safe with partial galvanization. Different lengths of main beams and cross beams are configured according to the size of different workpieces. This vacuum handling equipment is composed of X, Y, Z walking axes, multi-axis mechanical arms, tracks, gantry frames, and vacuum suction machines. The multi-axis mechanical arm can achieve cyclic handling of products, and the suction cup's suction position can be automatically adjusted, which not only improves production efficiency but also adapts to mixed line products, making it economical and practical.
