Job Responsibilities:

1. Electrical design, debugging, and on-site operations of non-standard automation equipment;

2. Estimate the design and manufacturing costs of non-standard equipment parts, and be responsible for selecting external components used in the equipment;

3. Draw electrical schematics for non-standard equipment;

4. Collaborate with mechanical engineers to complete design and modifications, and provide technical guidance, coordination, and communication on-site.

 

Work Responsibilities:
1. Prepare technical bidding proposals based on customer tender requirements;
2. Create cost budget quotation sheets based on inquiries to suppliers, and maintain the quotation database;
3. Summarize and refine executed projects, applying them to new customer project proposals;
4. Apply new research and development results to proposals for new business area projects;
5. Expand horizons by visiting customer sites and attending industry exhibitions and forums, applying industry experience to practical work;
6. Report to the proposal supervisor and complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:
1. Familiar with the vacuum field and process flow;
2. At least 3 years of experience in automation loading and unloading with suction cups;
3. Familiar with first-tier suppliers in the mechanical or industrial automation assembly equipment industry;
4. Familiar with second-tier tool suppliers in the mechanical or industrial automation industry;
5. Resources from sheet metal manufacturing enterprises are preferred;
6. Excellent communication skills;
7. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
8. Proficient in mechanical design drawing software;
9. Good personal credibility, proactive work attitude, cheerful personality, strong stress resistance, and competitive spirit;
10. Able to adapt to frequent travel.
